Sesame seed ( ellu ) – black and white mixed
Method of preparation
Heat coconut oil in a pan. While getting heated add one spoon of black sesame and white sesame seed into it. then add one spoon of ginger, garlic, half spoon of green chilly, curry leaves into it and saute. When it get fried well, add the chopped onion into it and saute till you get brown colour. Then add half tea spoon of chilly powder, one tea spoon coriander powder, turmeric powder and saute. When the raw smell of the masala goes off add the chopped tomato into it and saute. After some time when it get cooked as required add the chicken into it and mix well. When the masala and the chicken gets mixed add little water and the required salt. close the lid and cook it till the water gets completely drained out. When the water gets drained out add little garam masala into it. later add coconut milk , and cook for soe time till the gravy gets sticked to the chicken pieces and the gravy gets thickened. Then take black and white sesame seeds and little pepper powder and make powder. Then add this two spoon of powder into the chicken gravy. Then mix properly and remove it from the stove.
