Egg Noodles - Adukkala

Egg Noodles

Ingredients:

1. Noodles – 100 Gram
2. Egg – 4 nos
3. Onion – 2 thinly sliced
4. Green Chillies – 4 nos Cut in round pcs
5. Mustard – 2 tsp
6. Chilli powder – 1 tsp
7. Pepper powder – ½ tsp
8. Oil – 4 tsp
9. Curry leaves – 2 small stem.
10. Salt – to taste

Preparation:

Boil the egg separate, after removing the outer shell, make them to small pcs and keep separate. Boil the noodles and after removing the water particles from the and keep separate. Take a pan and heat the oil. Put the curry leaves and mustard seed. Add the onion now and roast for sometime till it becomes golden Brown colour. Pour little water into the mix and boil for some time till the water get drained off. Once ready add chilli powder and mix. Then allow cooking for some time. Once it get ready add the egg into it and mix well. Add the noodles and green chillies into it and mix well. Egg noodles is ready.
