Ingredients

1.Large pieces of king fish – 1/2 kg
2.Red chilly – 6
3.Curry leaves – two petals
4.Tamarind(kudampuli) water – as required.
5.Drumstick cut lengthwise – 2
6.Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
7.Turmeric powder – 1 pinch
8. Fenugreek powder – 1 pinch
9. Chilly powder – 1 table spoon
10.Green chilly – 3
11.Coconut milk – 2 cup
12. Mustard, salt, oil – as required.

Method

Break mustard in two spoons of oil. Cut the red chilly into two pieces and add. Lower the flame and add curry leaves and drumstick. After ingredients from 2 to 9 have been slightly fried, add the fish pieces and 2 cups of water wit salt. Cook until dry. Add coconut milk and serve.
