Ingredients

Wheat flour – 2 cup
Salt – as required
Water – as required
Oil – 1 table spoon
Ghee – as required

Water – as required
Oil – 1 table spoon
Ghee – as required
For filling
Onion – 1
Green chillies – 1
Chilly poweder – 1 tea spoon
Garam masala – 1 tea spoon
Cumin powder – 1 tea spoon
Coriander – 1 tea spoon
Salt – as required

Method of cooking
Take a bowl add wheat flour and required salt. add required water and mix well with your hands and make a soft dough. Pour some oil above it and spread the oil evenly all over the dough and keep it aside for some time. Then take the ingredients for filling , Saute the onion little bit together and mix all the powers well and keep it aside. take the earlier prepared dough and divide it into small balls. Using a rolling pin make it flattering . then take little bit of mixed filling and then place it in the middle and cover it. then again flatter it . Heat a tawa place the flattened paratha and cook. Flip both sides and cook it.
