Tomato – 1 cup – finely chopped
Garlic – 1 table spoon finely chopped
Oil – 1 tea spoon
Spring onion ( white ) – finely chopped ¼ cup
Kashmiri chilly – 2 soaked in water and cut into pieces
Tomato ketchup – 1 table spoon
Spring Onion ( Green) – finely chopped 1 table spoon
Coriander leaves – chopped – 1 table spoon
Salt – as required

Method of preparation

Take a pan. Add oil and heat. Add white chopped spring onion into it and saute. Then add garlic and saute . should not get fried as the taste changes. Then add soaked Kashmiri chilly and mix. Then add tomato and cook. Can add little water if required while cooking. Can cook it in high flame. smash the tomato well. Add tomato ketchup and salt into it. tomato ketchup gives sweet and sour taste to the chutney. Mix everything well and switch off the stove. on getting cooled add the chopped green spring onion and coriander leaves. Your Tomato Garlic chutney is ready.
