Eethapazham ( seedless) – 250 gram
Green chilly – 2 nos
Olive Oil – 150 milli liter
Vinegar – 150 mille liter
Salt – to taste
Garlic – 4 cloves
Ginger – 1 piece
Fenugreek powder – ½ tsp
Asafoetida – ½ tsp
Pepper powder – ½ tsp
Chilly powder – ½ tsp
Curry leaves – I strip

Method of cooking

Heat oil in a pan . add Ginger, garlic , curry leaves, and green chilly and sauté well. After that add Chilly powder , pepper powder , Asafetida, fenugreek powder and saute well. Then add Eethapazham and sugar and boil well. After that add vinegar and can remove from the stove. Eethapazham Achar is ready to use.
